////WHO WE ARE We are a bunch of like-minded, Kingdom warriors working to advance the treasure of the gospel and help set other men free from what holds them back from a deeper relationship with the Father. We are not experts. We are all on a journey of discovery, with Jesus, our Captain, leading the way.
Kevin is passionate about helping men discover freedom of who they are in Christ, and walking alongside them to strengthen their walk with God in all the areas of a man's life. He is especially interested in helping fathers intentionally guide and initiate their sons into true manhood, and wrote Passage to Manhood in 2009 to help with that. He has led men at a local church and in early 2006 stepped outside the church walls to start Go the Distance Ministries. Prior to Go the Distance, Kevin worked for 4 years in the marketing department for Zondervan and 10 years with Family Christian Stores in various leadership capacities. Kevin loves the outdoors, adventure, and spending time with his wife Lori and two kids, Hannah and Turner.
Jerry Lind is an active leader with Hearts Alive & Free, a regional men's Wild at Heart boot camp, and very involved with the leadership of GTD. Jerry loves seeing God set a man free to grow as a son of the King, even as he continues to grow himself. He is a corporate pilot. Jerry and Linda have one adult son.

Bill Marvin assists in presenting at Go the Distance retreats and Passage to Manhood workshops. Bill has a passion for helping fathers intentionally guide their sons into an authentic and true manhood. Bill loves to fly model RC airplanes and spend time with his wife Betsy and his teenage son and daughter.
Rich Mate has four sons and is married to Bonnie. Rich has the unique vantage point of raising four sons and has been instrumental in helping give vision to Passage to Manhood. He, along with his son Jake, present at our Passage to Manhood workshops.
